Hi friends and family:) I will be traveling to Kenya this May with Baylor University for a Music Mission Trip and I am extremely excited. Our group will be sharing the joy and power of music as well as providing basic needs for the local Kenyans by acts such as providing pens and pencils to students and planting gardens for families' homes. Such a simple task as giving shoes to the children, or even singing a song in their native language of Swahili will produce smiles that will last me a lifetime. Being able to make a difference in the lives of those halfway across the world will no doubt make a profound impact on my own life and I cannot wait. The money that I seek to fundraise will help me to cover the costs of this trip such as airfare, lodging, and program fees. I thank you for your support of me in this influential journey!
