Help Kevin Heal – Support Our Family Through This Medical Crisis

Hi everyone,

My name is McKayla , and I’m creating this fundraiser for my brother in law, Kevin.

Over the past week, my sisters world has been turned completely upside down. What started as a few concerning symptoms quickly escalated into a serious medical emergency. Kevin was admitted to the hospital and after a series of scans and lab work, we learned that he had a life-threatening issue with his colon that required major surgery. The procedure was invasive and intense, but we’re incredibly grateful to say he made it through.

Kevin is still recovering in the hospital and is facing a long road ahead. He’ll be out of work for at least six months, and during this time, he’ll need constant support, mobility assistance, and help managing basic daily needs. My sister will be staying home full-time to take care of him and their two children while he heals.

This has been a deeply emotional and financially devastating time for their family. With both of them are unable to work right now, they are struggling to stay afloat. We’re doing our best to stay strong and focused on Kevin’s recovery, but the mounting medical bills, upcoming home care costs, and basic living expenses are overwhelming.
