Help Jeni celebrate making the 1% club and surviving to celebrate her 40th birthday!

Less than 2 months before her 30th birthday, Jeni was diagnosed with the most aggressive and fatal type of brain cancer, a grade 4 glioblastoma. The average survival rate at 2 years is a mere 5%. Her beloved dad had died of this tumor only 2 years prior. So while still grieving her dad, she underwent a gruesome, though successful, craniotomy, several months of radiation and over a year of chemo. Hexxus, has she named her tumor, has yet to resurface (Nor has some of her hair, much to her dismay), but she still goes for regular MRIs to make sure, as it is not a matter of IF but WHEN.

She is planning to go to Sacramento, CA in May, 2023 to meet her Aunt Jan for a road trip of a few things Jeni has on her bucket list, but don't worry not all of them! Such as celebrating her never thought possible 40th birthday and 10 year living with cancer anniversary, ziplining in the redwoods and staying in a redwood treehouse, seeing the Pacific Ocean and the Golden gate bridge, going on a whale watch, (not many whales in Michigan), sliding down sand dunes, and going to the art gallery of one of her favorite artists in Seattle. And after all that, hopefully there's time for Yosemite.

Aunt Jan would not ask for help, and would fund the trip herself, however, she has two, wonderful, disabled sons and her own health issues, thus, money is very tight. Any extra will go toward Jeni living her very best life as a part of the 1% club. Unfortunately, not the "rich" 1% club but the "I've survived an evil gliablastoma for 10 years 1% club"! She is still working to support herself, which she is grateful is still possible.
