Hello to ALL! 

For those of you who do not know me, my name is April Verboom.

I am running a crowdfunding campaign because my family and I recently received life changing news about my dad, Ronnie Esteban who has been suffering from end stage renal failure (also known as chronic kidney disease) since Valentine's Day, February 14, 2013. 

We had recently received information that my dad has a live donor and he will be having a kidney transplant surgery on January 3, 2018! Which from today, is literally only one week away. With such a blessing and being the best Christmas gift my family and I could've ever asked for, unfortunately with the amount of time we have to prepare for this miracle we are nowhere near being financially ready for all the services, fees, and extra cost that are going to come along with my dad's surgery. Although my dad has insurance, which will cover some of the cost and fees, unfortunately it will not cover everything.

Any amount donated will truly be appreciated. Whether it being a couple dollars or a couple hundreds of dollars, anything at all is better than nothing! We honestly do not have much saved at all and all donations will be 100% given and used directly for my dad's surgery and all the necessary needs and costs that go along with it, such as medications, care, and a facility to stay in while under post surgery observation. 

We appreciate all the help and donations and would definitely love any extra prayers and positive vibes sent our way. 

In addition, being the time of the year for giving, we also know that times are financially tough. So, if a donation cannot be made at this time, we understand and truly appreciate the time you've already taken to just read this. Fortunatly, there is another way to help that will be greatly appreciated as well. If you could please be so kind to share this campaign on facebook, FreeFunder (this finding site I am using) will donate $20 for 100 shares and $50 for 500 shares. In addition to having the site donate, every share helps us spread the word and hopefully reach out to others and those who can also help donate and spread the word.
