Lana Dog Rey is a 7-year-old girl who deserves a chance at a healthier, happier life. Before her owner became terminally ill, Lana was neglected and left alone in a crate for hours at a time. I originally planned to take Lana in, but I wasn’t made aware of certain health conditions beforehand. I was also told she was dog-friendly, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case with my own dog. Lana has become very protective and attached to me, creating conflict between the two dogs and making it unsafe for me to keep her in my home.

Lana also has a gum infection that needs veterinary attention because of the risk of it spreading, and she needs to be spayed and brought up to date on her vaccinations. She deserves proper medical care, stability, and a loving home where she can thrive. Despite my intentions to help her, I need to find a safe solution that gives her the care and second chance she deserves.
