LaPointe Family Help

Friends, a family in our community needs our prayers and financial support at this time. Jeremy LaPointe, husband to Christie and father to Izzy, Emmy, and Tessah, has been in the ICU for the last couple of days. He went into the ER because he wasn't feeling right and they thought maybe he was having a heart attack or a stroke. It appears to be an issue in his brain stem and there are lots of unknowns with neurological conditions. We don't know if the problems he is facing are permanent or if there will be healing in time, but the LaPointe family's lives have been turned upside down.

Jeremy is self-employed and has been building a business this year. He is the family's main breadwinner, as Christie homeschools the girls. It is not clear at this point if he will be able to return to work, but what IS clear is that it will be a while before that is even a possibility. We are seeking to raise funds to support them with medical costs and life expenses while they go through this and determine what the future holds for their family.

We ask that you pray for them- for Jeremy to have miraculous healing, for his doctors and other caretakers to be guided, and for Christie and the girls to feel peace and strength through this experience. Those who wish to join their family in fasting and prayer on Sunday, August 16 are invited to do so. We believe in a God of miracles. Sometimes those miracles come through healing, and sometimes miracles come because people like you do what you can to help and bless.

We will keep this fundraiser updated as more is known about Jeremy's condition and prognosis. Thank you in advance for your support.

Love, the friends of Jeremy, Christie, Izzy, Emmy, and Tessah
