Lauren & Armando Wedding
Hello friend,
These are Lauren and Armando. They are a couple in love who is needing your help in making their happily-ever-after happen after a horrible group of scammers stole all their savings, including their wedding fund, just a few months before their wedding day. I have known Lauren and Armando for the past four years, and they are some of the most generous, selfless people I know. Lauren, who has served overseas as a missionary, currently works at World Relief Seattle helping facilitate the transition of refugees to the area. She is smart, kind, and a natural leader. Armando, in addition to working full time, is an integral part of the audiovisual team at Refuge Church. He is incredibly talented and has a servant's heart. Our community was so excited to watch these two amazing people fall in love and get engaged. The wedding date was set, and it was all celebration and excitement until it wasn't...
Just a few weeks ago, Lauren experienced the most horrifying call. It was part of an elaborate plot to steal from her all her savings, and after subjecting her to psychological manipulation and fear tactics, the scammers were successful. Not only was Lauren left with emotional trauma from the incident, but she now has zero funds for her wedding. Because of the contracts already signed with vendors, Lauren and Armando have no option to downsize their wedding without losing even more money in the process, so instead we are asking YOU to make this magical day happen by contributing to their wedding fund. Lauren and Armando are such hard workers, and they have given so much to their community! It is now our opportunity to give back to them through donating to this fund.
