Lawrence Unhoused 2022-23
The new years project was a success but the need for support remains dire and real.
Any further donations will go directly to food, supplies and propane for the North Lawrence camp as long as it remains open.

I will be gathering a bag to give at least 100 of our unhoused neighbors a gift of socks, gloves, winter hat, hand warmers and assorted bagged snacks and instant soup/oatmeal/mac & Cheese on New Years Eve. Distribution will be at the Lawrence Community Shelter, The Lawrence Emergency Winter Shelter and the North Lawrence Encampment.
I have already purchased handwarmers.
I will gladly accept both cash donations and supply donations. I will be glad to pick up any donations within Douglas County.
