My soon to be husband has a chance for a resentencing hearing to remove a charge that he should have never received. He has spent the last 18 years in prison serving a 25 years to life sentence. The state of California has finally passed a law that will allow him to have the charge removed and a chance to come home. He has lost a big part of his life for something he did not do. He has also lost both his parents while incarcerated so we do not have much support to help us with attorney fees. We are very grateful for anyone who can help out or pass along his story.
