Legal Fees for Amber
Hi, my name is Amber , and I am a mother who is fighting for her children.
Leaving my marriage was the hardest decision I have ever made. It came after a long season of pain, fear, and deep prayer. I wrestled with this choice, asking God for guidance and strength, because I never wanted my children’s lives to be turned upside down. But in my heart, I knew that staying was no longer healthy for me or for them.
Before I left, I was a stay-at-home mom. My full-time job was raising my children and caring for our home. When I walked away, I walked away with very little financially. I did not have savings, property, or independent income to fall back on — only my faith and my determination to protect my kids.
Because their father has greater financial resources and remained in the marital home, he was awarded primary custody. It has been devastating. The silence in my home and the limited time with my children is a heartbreak I carry daily. I love them more than anything, and my greatest prayer is to restore stability and fairness so we can heal together.
I am now facing overwhelming legal expenses as I work to protect my relationship with my children and seek a more balanced custody arrangement. The legal system is costly, and without financial resources, it is incredibly difficult to navigate.
I am asking for help to cover attorney fees, court costs, and the expenses required to rebuild a stable home. I am working to rebuild my life from the ground up, but I cannot do this alone.
Walking away cost me my home, my financial security, and precious time with my children. But I trust that God sees our pain and is guiding us toward something better. I am holding onto faith that this difficult chapter will lead to healing, restoration, and peace.
