Hello my is Donald and I recently had open heart surgery. I also have COPD and have an oxygen machine to help me breathe. Last Monday my electric was shut off because of i have not been able to cover it. My bill is over 1,500.00! I'm struggling to get rest due to the lack of oxygen. I am asking for help with this bill.
