My name is Misty.. I am a recently single mom of three. After almost 20 years together and 16 years of marriage I have found out my husband has been with another woman for 2 years. I have since found out, there were others,separate accounts and that he had a whole other life. I am asking for this money because he refuses to help pay for the divorce he wants. I had to hire a lawyer because he started to cause a lot of problems for me and did not want to help me in anyway.. Much less give any of of what should be mine. He is also refusing to pay the credit card the lawyer asked him to pay.He racked up $3,500 on the card that is in both our names. He hasn't been paying on it. I have paid $2,900 so far but my lawyer needs another $1,500 because of the issues he's caused. With this money I will be able to complete my divorce and have solid legal things in my place for my children and I. I would like to pay off the credit card and keep my credit in good standing. As I am now a single mom with a house payment, truck payment,and all others extras that go with life. I want to be able to be free from him and have my own life.
