A week ago Thursday, Cari received yet another devastating call. Her big brother was found down and in critical condition with an unknown time that he went down. Anyone that's medical knows, time is of the essence and important to know. It was discovered that he had suffered a massive heart attack and stroke. The nurse she spoke to told her that she needed to go down to TN if she wanted to see him. So last Thursday night her and her baby brother drove to SF and flew out that morning while praying hard. In the wèek she was down there, it was determined the damage was too extensive even after the clot buster and brain surgery. So following his wishes, Wednesday night, they held an Honor walk and he was wheeled into the OR for organ donation. Once completed, they sat with him and it took about a half hour before he passed surrounded by family.

Cari needs all the prayers and positive thoughts. It's been a constant struggle in her family since her gma passed in 2018, followed by her mom's illnesses and passing in 2020, her dad's massive stroke in early 2021 with continuous needs, and now her big brother. She's under extreme stress and broken inside. She takes care of everyone but herself. She'll be coming home to return to work, care for everyone else, and again have no time for herself. As you all know, Cari isn't one to ask for help so let's lift her up in prayers, positive thoughts, and help lessen the burden where we can.
