After Domestic Violence
I was involved in a domestic violence incident in November 2025, and had to leave my home with my two young boys for our safety. We are currently staying with family.
I had been trying to get away for months but my abuser was living off me making it extremely hard to save any extra money. Along with that he racked up a ton of debt in my name and I’m now working to relieve that debt.
We lost pretty much all of our belongings and are now starting over from nothing. All of our stuff is in a storage unit that is in his name and it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to get it back.
i just want a safe and comfortable home for my two boys and to be able to furnish it and get some of their toys back.
