Life came at me fast

A couple Thanksgivings ago, I nearly died after my kidney burst, causing me to go septic and almost dying. It required a 6 day ICU stay, over a dozen reconstructive surgeries and my needing a nephrostomy bag for 7 months. It also left me nearly $30,000 in unexpected debt. I was bedridden for moths, it was the worst time of my entire life. The pain was unbelievable. I ended up needing medical leave for 15mo, leaving me with no income at all. No short term disability, no unemployment, no government aid, nothing. I went back to work asap but it didn't matter. Less than a year after returning to work, my company unexpectedly closed down. I wasn't even close to being caught up on my debts before losing my income again. Unemployment wasnt enough for my rent and utilities, I couldnt pay my bills anymore. It took almost a year to find another job, but i found a good job that I'm really like. But almost immediately I'm hit with garnishment after garnishment for medical bills and credit card debt. I really thought it couldn't get any worse, and my families only vehicle died. Without reliable transportation, my job is in constant jeopardy. Its overwhelming, i feel like no matter what I do, how much OT I work, how much of my stuff I sell, or how frugal I am, I just cant catch a break. The stress is affecting every aspect of my life. Every day i wake up stressing because Idk how/if I'm getting to work, if I'll get fired because I had to call in again, how will I pay my rent, how will I eat, why is my check is being garnished again, that's 3 garnishments now, how will the car get fixed, ect. Honestly, somethings gotta give. I need help. Its been 1 step forward, 3 steps back. I had never been late on any bill before this,I had a 100% perfect payment history. I wasn't prepared for life threatening medical emergency taking my income away from me or the $28,000 in medical bills it left me with. I definitely wasnt prepared to for my company to close without warning, that really came out of left field. I'm in over my head and this would really take a ton of weight off my shoulders, and regain control of my life again
