I recently found out I'm dealing with heart failure, and it's turned my life upside down. Between medical appointments, treatments, and mounting bills, I'm facing costs I simply can't cover on my own right now.

This diagnosis is hitting me at an already difficult time. I've spent much of my life working through the effects of childhood trauma, which has made things like job stability and financial security a constant struggle. Just as I was trying to build more solid ground, this health crisis arrived and now I need support to get through it.
