I never thought I’d be writing this, but here we are.

It took 104 days to write it. Asking for help isn't what I do. I am a helper not help-ee.

In June, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer and it was agressivly growing. In the days since, my world has been a roller coaster of chemo, scans, biopsies, tears, and thankfully - an unbelievable amount of love from my community.

If you know me, you know I don’t sit still. Since 2017, I’ve poured my heart into Strike a Pose Atlanta, building it from school dances and grandparents’ breakfasts here into a coast-to-coast photo experience company trusted by major brands like Delta, Nvidia, Netflix, Capital One, and so on. I’ve hustled, I’ve traveled, and I’ve helped make memories from Madison Square Garden to Mexico.

With a major surgery looming (double mastectomy) during the holiday season and taking less bookings this entirety of the cancer season, means a financial hit that could ripple for years.

Through it all, I’ve been blown away by the kindness around me. From my Rootstock friends dedicating their 8th anniversary to support me, my Boothcation Photo Booth crew helping with meals, all the care packages, friends popping in with surprise visits, and treats, and “Support Squad” shirts from my vacation crew, I am wrapped in more love than I knew possible. The season has been both difficult and incredibly touching.

Now after requests from so many, I’m humbly creating this donation space. Donations will help ease the financial burden of lost income, cover medical bills, and keep my stress levels at bay so I can I focus on getting through treatment. Every bit of support lightens the load and gives me the space and permission to heal.

I’m not done yet. I’ve got work to do, memories to create for everyone that steps in front of my camera(s), kids to cheer on, music to hear, and a life I fully intend to live... loud, bold, and surrounded by the good people. I one thing I can promise - what is made here will help my family but I promise you - I WILL spend the rest of my life giving back tenfold.
