Help us support Liz "Do the Defense" Tannery! Liz has been an integral part of our community for several years, demonstrating her dedication, passion and care for everyone at KMH. 

Despite a significant ACL injury, Liz has continued to push forward, refusing to let it slow her down. She continued to train, adapt, and even took her first instructor certification while enduring the pain of her torn ACL - a testament to her determination and love for teaching. Now, it's time for Liz to focus on her own recovery. However, she faces this step of the journey without insurance, and we want to help her cover medical expenses.
