Dear Potential Sponsor,

Engaging students in a positive, creative, accepting environment is one of the most important factors in creating tomorrow's workforce and productive society. At Somerset Academy-Losee we take pride in providing this environment within the Black Student Union club.

The mission of the Black Student Union is to promote a positive and productive representation of the African American community on and off the Somerset Academy-Losee campus. We promote proactive leadership, scholarship, community outreach, and student empowerment. We embrace our cultural heritage, unity, and the appreciation of diversity.

This fundraiser serves to help our club gain the financial support needed to be able to provide more opportunities for our students. We would love to be able to provide our students with gear to wear across the school to represent the club and themselves. This will help boost their confidence and morale as they continue at our high school. It will also help with club retention as it provides exposure as to who the members of the club are. If enough is sponsored we would love to see what out of school opportunities we can provide for the students.

We would like to request your assistance in providing this opportunity to the students of Somerset Academy-Losee's Black Student Union. Although we are seeking a sponsorship amount of $100, your sponsorship of any kind would be greatly appreciated.
