On march 2nd me and my husband Jose Chavez was involved in a carjacking/shooting. I was grazed by a bullet my husband was hit. He is the working man in our family. Due to the location and severity of his injuries he can not work. The bullet is in his shoulder in his ac joint and his ac joint is broke. He can’t use his left arm and he needs both arms for work for he is a stocker at Walmart. His short term medical only allows for 60% of his pay and his long term will not start till after his short term is over and that’s in 5 months. We have several bills and 60% of his income will not cover all his bills. And his insurance will not cover his medication. The 5 guys that did this has taken away from this family. Jose has a wife and 4 kids to support and know that he can’t work that’s less income coming in. Please anything helps us stay afloat till we can figure things out thank you. We are asking to help pay any bills and medication that his short term pay can’t.
