On Wednesday, March 12th Luis got into a major accident after having a seizure while driving. When Luis had the seizure his foot unknowingly hit the accelerator. Between the accidental and uncontrollable speeds and the pouring rain he ended up flying off the road and wrapping the car around a tree and totaling his car leaving him with major injuries a broken neck, his back broken in three different areas, collapsing lungs and nerves severed completely in his left arm along with all his clothing he owned being The doctors have told his family it is a very rare occurance to not only be alive but to still have mobility inx̌x his body. He has already undergone one surgery for his shattered neck and still has another one coming up this week for his spine. He has been making progress little by little and this journey to recovery, is in no way, going to be easy for him or his loved ones and family. We are trying to help lighten the financial load with the medical expenses, current and future surgeries, physical therapy, the accommodations he will be needing for release, and getting him new clothes as well considering all his clothing items were in the car at the time of his wreck.
