Lydia Home Orphanage
Lydia Home is a nonprofit organization that has been serving children in Chicago since 1916 that strengthen families to care for children and to care for children when families cannot.
Jennifer Scherbauer DC ND LAc and Yasam PT are requesting donations from our friends, families, and patients this holiday season to help our local community. While their Holiday Toy Drive has been exhausted, there is still a need to help monetarily with cash donations.
The Lydia Home expressed that is desperately afford a bus that can transport fostered and orphaned children in their program safely from school and after-school activities, to their facility.
We ask that instead of gifts from our friends, family, and patients please donate to the needs of this essential organization in our community.
Remember, the holidays aren't just about candles, dinners, presents, and family; they're about remembering and giving what you can to those who do not have any of the luxuries I mentioned.
