Family Members Said: "This little girl has been stuck in a struggle of being pulled from her mother. She wished this last christmas for more time with mommy. From birth she was with her mommy until almost a year old 24/7 until child support was involved due to mommy needing surgeries. Despite the father wanting her to be aborted, he asked for time with her. It started with weekend time but then mommy said 50/50 would be fine once the father showed he was doing well with her.

After this, the father had accused mommy of multiple issues that didn't happen. All the cases were closed due to no standing by lack of evidence. Mommy was in a car accident and needed family to take her and her siblings while she was healing. The father accused mommy of more, causing trauma on all the children involved. More struggles came and lies told, the father ended up with primary placement and custody. This little girl has had night terrors and expressed to mommy since all of this began that someone hits her, she is scared, and she is sad about being taken from mommy, and mommy has tried so hard to keep her safe with the limited amount of time she has with her. There are active investigations going on against the father. And the father is trying to take full custody while invalidating the child's expressed fears and emotions.

Although mommy is unsure he would do anything, she is simply trying to keep the 50/50 unless the law has deemed otherwise. Unfortunately, mommy doesn't have a lot of support and is in need of a lawyer to help fight for her daughter. She simply wants more time with mommy. Mommy wants at least 50/50 so she can continue to advocate for her, as her fears and emotions are only being heard by mommy. Mommy does everything she can to provide for her and her siblings, the best that she can within the restrictions she has medically.

As an advocate for children and a member of this little girl's family, we only want what is best for this little girl. She simply wants more time with mommy, she was used to only mommy for the first year of her life and was getting used to cutting that time in half to spend time with her father. She has not been heard by her father, the father doesn't even listen to her medical needs at times. She simply needs her mommy to advocate for her.

Help her mommy raise the funds she needs for a lawyer to at least get 50/50 placement and custody. Mommy is saving as much as she can to invest in this lawyer as well, she already has $1,400 saved so far. She is working hard to find more help to pay for the lawyer who is taking her case. Her mommy needs $5,000 to cover the first 6 months, in total she would need $9,500 to cover all the costs including their travel fees for court.
