My name is Jose Carvajal, the proud father of Malekchi Carvajal & my reason for this fund raiser is simple yet vital. In Florida father's have no rights unless they hire a lawyer & file a custody suit. Paying child support grants no rights at All! My son is 7 years old & needs love & attention from a family that truly carries his best interests. The lawyers are charging  $4,000 but $2,000 down payment to initiate the process and will allow me to pay off the rest in affordable monthly increments. Unfortunately because I pay so much in child support it seems virtually impossible to save the initial  $2,000 to start to process.
