Hello lovely humans,

My name is Noel Christine Valliere (Hahn was my maiden name). This will be a surprise Blessing for my sweet Mama Sue (Hahn) of Allegan, MI, who is literally THE kindest, most generous, loving, loyal, God fearing prayer warrior I know! She's a devoted follower of Christ and member of Allegan Christian Center where she volunteers and cleans the Church weekly as well as attends a few Bible studies. She is also the best Wife (41 yrs to Mark Hahn), the loving Mother to three girls (Amy Caron, myself, Desiree Sweet), a proud Grandmother to 3 girls (Makenna, Braelyn, Eviana), a loyal friend to many, and caregiver to her Mother Peggy Brey in her home.

Mama Sue just had a major brain surgery to remove a 2” benign tumor on Jan 26, 2023 at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. As of today she is on the road to recovery in the hospital and we are praising God that so far she is relieved from the excruciating painful trigeminal nerve pain episodes she was frequently having daily due to the tumor pressing on those nerves since July 2021.

So far she has only had incision pain, as you can see in the main picture, it was larger than we anticipated. She was having double vision and throwing up yesterday morning, so the Dr. gave her meds and she rested most the day and ate a little bit. She's not yet walking on her own and will likely need at home Physical Therapy the Dr. said today.

Mom told me before she went in that her surgery would cost more than $65,000 and that doesn't include all her appts leading up to it, or her post-op appts or PT. She seemed pretty shocked at the amount she would have to pay out of pocket of that $65 K, despite having some insurance cover a lot of it. It couldn't come at a worse time as well, when Mom and Dad were just about to purchase a vehicle they are in need of. She also has another tumor they found on her salivary gland she will need a biopsy done on soon, and we are praying that is also benign and not part of any of the pain she's been suffering with. With this fundraiser I'm hoping we can help relieve Mom of the extra stress this financial burden may cause, and Bless her as she's been a Blessing and prayer warrior for so many herself.

All money raised will be considered a “Gift” to Mom, will be used towards her medical expenses, and will be given to her as soon as she is home from the hospital. This will be a surprise Blessing to Mom, as she was not involved in the making of this at all.

We prayed for another friend's friend (a complete stranger) for a half an hour, as well as some family members going through stuff. Mom didn't pray for herself, but OTHERS! I've looked up to her my entire life and she's the most amazing woman I've ever known and loved and call my Mother and Best friend. 🙏🏽💞
