I have been in need of a vehicle for some time but have been satisfied with transit or walking. Even with a knee that gives out and falling many times it's my only mode of transportation so I get back up and keep on, but walking over 300 miles feels intimidating to say the least.

I would be using any donations to get a vehicle to get to family who will help me and who I can help. I am a long way from home and with an ailing brother I am feeling anxious to get back.

I am not looking to get something brand new or top of the line, actually I am looking for a van I can convert into a home so as not to burden anyone with an "extra". I enjoy independence and I dream ever day about the perfect vehicle to convert. That way I can be home while at my family members home!

Not to far from where I stay there is a old Volkswagen converted bus for sale and ever time I walk by it I smile and think, you're mine we just don't know it. It's absolutely my dream home.

It's a little something that's going to open my world up.
