Manuel Salinas
Manuel was diagnosed with Anti-NMDAR Encephalitis and was hospitalized from February 15th to April 20th, 2019. During that time he suffered from seizures, memory loss, shoulder dislocation, and many cognitive dysfunctions. Even after his rehabilitation, he is still on the road to recovery and continues to need further treatment. After the loss of his job and medical insurance things have begun to worsen financially.
