Mars Surgery

Hello!
Mars is 6 years old and has been a family member since 2018. When I had first gotten her I was aware she had breathing problems. She actually had a "nose job" with laser. I had taken her to a vet who did last surgery to open her nostrils to breathe a little better when they did her spay(she's never been bred, only a family pet).
Over the years she still does have breathing problems but none to the extent it's affected her quality of life. Til recently she developed a cough and I taken her in they said she had a collapsed trachea. They had given me the medication for it but further into the examination they mentioned a hard feel in her stomach so we did the Xray and she has a bladder stone. Without the surgery it can cause a blockage and put her into kidney failure.
She has been eating, drinking and urinating just fine so I didn't think she had that issue. But it's quite massive and needs immediate attention. I would really appreciate any help towards her surgery, it was just something very unexpected. Thank you
