Martha Winkelman, is the most charitable person I've ever met. She's given so much to family over the years and has contributed her time, energy, and finances to people in need. She's volunteered at her church, listened to and consoled perfect strangers, and offered employment to people who had fallen on hard times. She's held my hand through numerous trials, and I've quite literally cried on her shoulder many times as I know some of you have. She has been and will continue to be the primary caregiver for her husband who has Parkinson's.

Now it's time for us to rally and do the same for her. Most of you know about her struggle with Stage 4 Thyroid Cancer that metastasized to her brain. She has undergone radiation and will continue to require medical treatment. We're seeing positive results with her treatment so far, but you can surely imagine how expensive treatment will be. Please give, if there's anything you can give, to help cover costs not covered through insurance, and know that you'll be giving to one of the most wonderful people to have walked this earth.
