Hello everyone:

Thank you for taking the time to check out this page in honor of my Mom.

I am a graduate of Vero Beach High School and I would like to raise funds for a scholarship for VBHS high school senior girls, in memory of my Mother Mary Kraft.

My Mother did not complete high school, only finishing the 8th grade, having to go to work in a sewing factory to help support her family. However, my Mom's spirit and drive didn't allow that to stop her from accomplishing so much in life.

My Mom was a true champion for all seven of her children, and an inspiration to her family, friends and community. Mom spoke several languages, raised a large family, was an excellent seamstress and cooked the best Polish food! She always provided for our family and she loved to dance and sing every chance she got .

She was very involved as a Vero Beach resident, in our church at St. Helen's, and in the Polish American Social Club of Vero Beach. She was a very social person and made friends easily.

Mom always took care of others when in need, and I know she would want us to continue doing the same. So this is one reason we are setting up the Mary Kraft Memorial Scholarship fund for VBHS senior high school female students.

We are almost half way to the goal. Please consider giving and thank you in advance.
