Dear friends

Today I am writing to ask for your help as I brave new life circumstances with my girls. As some of you may know, but I assume most of you do not know, in February of 2025 I became a single mother to two children.

To keep it short, and to maintain a semblance of privacy for myself and the victims, my husband is currently in jail and it is up to me to provide for the financial and safety needs of my girls H & I. I spent some time thinking of ways I could practically earn a stable income that is flexible enough to be around to raise my little ones AND something I had my heart set on years before I became a mom.

I hope to pursue an education to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. As you can imagine, I do not have the financial savings to pay for the schooling, books and supplies and I have been encouraged to reach out to my community in hopes of gaining all that I need for this new career path. 

My schooling will be $14,000 with tuition, books, and uniforms. I hope to raise additional funds to help cover my gas, car maintenance, and expenses that may come up while I complete this training over the next year. I plan to begin in May for 2025 and while that seems soon, I deeply desire to become financially stable for my little family as soon as possible. I am currently very well cared for by family, but look forward to the day when we can have our own little home and routines again.

If I’m unable to gather the necessary funds to begin classes in May, I’ll utilize any given donations for paying our monthly expenses while I search for another source of income for my little family.
