2024 Jog-a-thon Fundraiser
On Friday, May 17th, Tyler and Hannah will join the rest of their school in the annual MCA Jog-athon fundraising event! For a solid hour, they will be jogging and the student who runs the most laps in each class will receive a trophy!
Tyler enjoys running and last year he completed 43 laps (6.4 miles) and won the trophy for his grade, making him the 4-time defending champ!! 🏆 🏆 🏆 🏆 He has been training for the past month running a 1.4 mile loop at the park and he's also in the middle of a 4-week Track Clinic for 10-14 year olds at the Framingham Athletic Complex run by Parks & Rec. His coach encouraged him to get involved with a track team!
Hannah did great last year but she was not a huge fan of running for 60mins straight! 🤣 But in the end, she was happy that she stuck with it and finished to receive her medal! 🏅
