Hello Everyone

my name is Barbara and I am new here. My health has taken a turn for the worse and I will be needing surgery. I have been taken out of work because of my health issues with my internal organs. I am seeking help with my medical and living expenses. I will be meeting with my surgeon on 01/21/2026 so they can let me know what they are going to do and when my surgery will be. I have been put on complete bed rest due to the pain that I am experiencing. I have reached out to several resources, family, friends and associates and only 6 or 7 people helped, but I haven’t reached my goal as of yet. I can only hope that someone here can help me, this is my last option. Thank you
