My medical condition started June 2025, diagnosed with diabetes which lead tomy right lower leg to be amputated,

Was approved for disability,$854 a month,but does not cover my outstanding debt, medical bills,rent, and other bills .

I've applied for and was denied any help from the local social services, they only helped with food stamps.

Been unable to work with my on going medical conditions, just recently was diagnosed with MRSA and ecoli bacterias in my left foot,which caused me to loose 2 toes, been on antibiotics for the past several months,still fighting for to keep my left foot and leg, worse case scenario is I'll loose that leg also.

Because of the on going conditions I'm in over my head in debt around $15,000, have no family for support, can't get any loans, no agencies will help pay any back rent or any of my medical bills.

Been fighting with Medicaid,they only covers so much, because I've been in and out of the hospital.

Have debit collectors calling me for unpaid hospital bills from last year, facing eviction from my home,.

I'll be 59 in October, it hurts knowing I have no one for support,what friends and family I do have,have all turned their backs on me, completely abandoned me at my time of need..

I will be requiring more surgeries on my left foot, as time passes.
