Hi, my name is Melanie, 29 years old. I struggle daily with severe chronic depression & anxiety and just recently diagnosed with ptsd, and a lot of thyroid issues as well as a lot of other health issues. My dad was killed not even a year ago and that has made my depression even worse than it has been over the years as to as why I've been diagnosed with ptsd, hearing , seeing everything has been traumatic.
