Nadeem Ahmad is a 42 year old man who resides in Sargoda, Pakistan, who used to be a rickshaw worker, but recently his health has declined significantly which has caused him to no longer be able to work a job. He has 4 kids, and is struggling to provide for his family.

He has diabetes, high blood pressure, and a failing kidney. He requires immediate medical treatment, but in Pakistan, in order to pay for procedures, you must have the money upfront in cash.
