I'm need of medical transportation to appointments, as we do not have a vehicle equipped to transport me in a wheel chair. I'm a double amputee and just had open heart surgery in November of last year. I normally wouldn't ask but this is a dire need that I've been stressing about. In Alabama you get no benefits unless you have children, if you are a man. I desperately need help with this to get the proper care I need.
