Hi my name is Jay Francis i am disabled from back issues and failed fusion surgery i also have PTSD which requires a service dog my medical condition has deteriorated in the last 4 years and my service dog passed away in AApril 23rd 2023.

medically i can not train a nother dog and can't afford the medical treatment to have any quality of life I'm only asking for enough to get and train a dog
