In lieu of flowers, Mike's family will be using any donations to create a memorial where family and friends can visit and remember the love Mike shared with all.

Michael John Lawler, 34 of Liverpool, NY, passed away on Monday September 1st, peacefully in his home. Mike was born in Syracuse to John & Dawn Lawler alongside his big sister Meghan. Mike attended Liverpool High School and completed the Mechanical Program at OCC, before serving a full term in the United States Marine Corps. Mike continued his growth and graduated from the Southeast Lineman Training Center. Mike's kindness radiated, the family Mr. Fix it, and the most loyal guy you could find, you needed help with anything, he was there for you. Mike brightened up every room he walked in to. He had the kind of humor that could make sitting in the rain or a 20k hike an enjoyable experience The love he had for his family and friends was pure, contagious and that love is something that we'll all carry with us forever.

You could find Mike the happiest with his fishing pole, down by the water, hunting in the woods, and riding his motorcycle on the open road. If you were down, Mike knew how to get you to smile, and that guy in the kitchen, a cook that would blow your mind. You'll always be remembered for who you truly are; and that's the greatest son, brother, friend and man, that a person could ask for. Fly high and know a piece of you will always live on with so many. <3
