Miller IVF Raffle

Hi there! We're The Millers and we're want to bring home a living baby. After three traumatic losses, our doctors have told is that our best option to bring a living baby home is to start IVF. Unfortunately, IVF is very expensive and something we can't afford on our own as costs are a minimum of $10,000. This is where you come in. We're asking for your help in our journey to bring a loving baby home. We're doing a raffle to help us reach our goals. No donation is too small and we appreciate whatever you're able to give! Please continue reading to find out how to enter the raffle!

For some background, we live in rural Indiana and have been together since 2017. In 2020, we got married Halloween, bought a house 3 weeks later, and then found out we were pregnant 3 weeks after that. Baby M was a complete surprise but a happy one! They were due Friday the 13th, 2021 but passed away around the 9 week mark the following month.

We decided to take some time for healing and feel pregnant naturally and unexpectedly about 6 months later with our son, Carter Reid Miler. We were ecstatic! He was due April 2022 but was born December 23rd, 2021 via an emergency c-section due to a placental abruption. He fought so hard in the NICU but passed away December 27th, 2021. Our lives changed forever.

After waiting until October 2022, we decided to try again. We thought falling pregnant again would be easy since both times were before. This time was different. Four months later, we finally got our positive test. There were so many doctors appointments, ultrasounds, bloodwork, and urinalyses that we lost track of them. Everything was going well until we found out our daughter, Layla Rose Miller, was extremely high risk for Down syndrome. At a routine checkup at 13 weeks the end of May 2023, we found out she had unexpectedly passed away. Our hearts were broken yet again.

Since then, we've learned that I have a rare genetic mutation causing our losses and that our best option is to pursue IVF with embryonic genetic testing otherwise we'll continue to have miscarriages. Fertility treatments aren't covered by our insurance, meaning that all the costs would fall on us. After extensive research on IVF in Indiana, our projected costs are a minimum of $10,000 for one cycle. As with anything in life, there are no guarantees and we may have to do multiple cycles. We'd like to have more than one living child which is why we're asking for $25,000. No donation is too small and we appreciate whatever you're able to give!
