"Ministry in Manilla"

If you had asked me a year ago if this was the direction we were going I would have said NO!

It's funny how the Lord plans things :)

As those of you know, I have married the absolute, best, sweetest, kindest woman on the planet. She is a Filipino and after MUCH long distance courtship- I went to the Philippines two years ago now, to tie the knot

-and make it OFFICIAL!

Result? Marilyn n I ARE OFFICIAL! :) :) :)

Well, we tried several attempts since then to get her here [to the U.S.] and it just kept on rebounding with a ole' big fat "NO" from those in charge.

So. . .

I said here I go!

I am now MOVING TO THE PHILIPPINES!

That's what has led to this fundraiser.

Yes, I have money..

BUT

I also have-and will have- EXPENSES!

Plane fare. New vehicle once there. LOT'S of upgrades to her home (home, ministry, office and general living upgrades) We're talking kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, roof . . . name it :)

New office (built into her home): All the stuff that goes with that...internet, computer, printer, office supplies/furniture. . . name it :)

Subsequent Ministry: Travel to and from any outreaches, for not just us but others as well that we will network with. Funds for food and medical supplies to distribute on the/these various outreaches. These and all the outreaches will also include literature [basically well done "tracts" that will lead to the website, ministry Facebook page, weekly broadcasts, etc.]

-for what's going to be HUNDREDS [thousands-?] to distribute to. . .

And . . .

Anything else I have not thought up, yet, that we will run across.
