Empowering 5th–12th Graders Through Hands-On Job Training and Real-World Mentorship

We’re raising funds for an exciting new program designed to give students from 5th grade through high school seniors the tools they need to succeed in life—before they even graduate. This one-of-a-kind experience creates a "mock world" environment where youth take on real-life job roles and responsibilities in a safe, guided, and supportive setting.

What We’re Creating:

Imagine a small city run entirely by kids—bankers, chefs, store owners, graphic designers, engineers, barbers, nurses, and more—all role-played by students under the mentorship of real business owners and local professionals. Our program offers:

✅ Financial literacy and mock income training

✅ Workshops in entrepreneurship, leadership, and soft skills

✅ A safe, inclusive space to explore their future

Why This Matters:

Many students don’t get the opportunity to learn about career paths or receive mentorship until it’s too late. This program builds confidence, job readiness, and community connections starting in 5th grade, and continues through 12th grade—empowering students to make informed decisions about their futures.
