Hi! My name is Catherine Sanders & the remaining balance of $14,000 on our mortgage is due in a couple of months. My husband and I have fallen upon some very difficult financial circumstances and are asking for help to pay off my mortgage. We both are 54 years old and have some health problems. My husband is disabled & has CHF (congestive heart failure) and cannot work. He has had a few strokes in the past 2 years and is in a rehabilitation facility for some mental health help. His doctor has recommended that he have a caregiver and I am applying for that to be a paid position. However, I have been denied before so there is no guarantee.
