Hi! I'm Mo, a 23 year old chronically ill non-binary transguy. I am currently trying to get top surgery.

I have been living with intense, sometimes debilitating chest dysphoria since I was very young. It's led me to bind for the past 10 years. I have delt with bruised ribs, difficulty breathing, chest pain, torn skin, and blisters from different binding methods over the years. It has reached the point where I truly believe top surgery is necessary for my quality of life and mental + physical health. I am deeply exhausted of my chest dysphoria running parts of my life and I am very excited to take my body back and claim it as mine.

Unfortunately, I am not in a fantastic financial position at the moment. I'll be getting my graduate degree in June and entering my field as a forensic mental health counselor. I am excited to start working in this field and I am hoping I can start off as my true, authentic, post-surgery self.

I have created this fund to gather money to put towards my top surgery. My consultation is on April 20th. As of now, the $10,000 goal is an estimate, and if I end up with any extra funds I will be paying it forward and donating to the surgery funds for other trans folks.
