Hi, my name is Lindsey, and I’m a 35-year-old mother of three incredible kids, ages 7, 10, and 13. I’m currently working toward earning my college degree in education so I can become a teacher and build a better future for my family.

This journey hasn’t been easy. I work full-time while also being a full-time mom. My kids are very active in competitive sports, and I do everything I can to support them and be present in their lives. Because I cannot afford to stop working, I’ve committed to completing my degree entirely online.

In order to make that possible, I had to enroll in a private school that offers the flexibility I need, but unfortunately, that also means significantly higher tuition costs. Even with FAFSA assistance, there is still a large financial gap that I’m struggling to cover on my own.

I’m pursuing this degree because teaching is truly my passion. I want to make a difference in students’ lives while also creating a stable, fulfilling career that allows me to be more present for my own children. I also want to show my kids that it’s never too late to follow your dreams, no matter how challenging the journey may be.

I’m asking for help to cover the remaining costs of my tuition, books, and essential school expenses so I can continue my education without falling behind.
