Hoping for a New Year's Miracle here. My family of four has spent the last five years living in a 24ft x 12ft basement with an open floor plan. Grateful to have a place over our heads but each year the space seems to get smaller and smaller. I look at houses all time, hoping that one day things will go as planned, and I'll finally be able to give my kids rooms of there own. A place they can put there own teenage twist on. I have been trying to save what little money I can, here and there; but life being so unpredictable, saving just never goes as planned.

Too some it may seem silly to be starting a fundraiser for this cause, but for me and my family it's a dream that we want so badly to be reality.
