I am doing something I never thought I would do ever! I am asking for a little financial assistance. Life changes so quickly sometimes and due to some life circumstances I am looking to you for a little help. In the past year two major issues have caused some things to change, a broke wrist with no compensation from the store where I fell.  A divorce with no real financial settlement. Who said these were the golden years!! I had managed to keep my saving separate so it was untouchable in the divorce. My ask today is I am trying to buy a small modest home and I qualify for a nice grant from the city and first time homebuyers from the state. I have an approved loan just keep losing out with seller realtor wanting bidding wars on the house, or the 1 I got an accepted offer failed the inspection. I think if I had a little more available to offer I might find one as my wants are modest 3bed, 1 bath, ranch with fenced yard and garage. I have even changed requirements to leave garage out. So asking you family, friends and strangers to help by make anything you feel comfortable with donation to help me find something.
