Help Our Family of 5 Secure a New Home This Summer

Hi everyone,

This isn’t easy to write, but we truly need some help.

Our family of five, two parents and three small kids is preparing to move this summer. Like so many others, we’ve been hit hard by the rising cost of rent. We’re currently paying $2,600 a month, and while we work hard and make enough to cover our monthly rent and bills, the biggest obstacle we’re facing is the upfront cost required to move.

Between first month’s rent, last month’s rent, security deposit, and moving expenses, the total amount needed all at once is overwhelming. It’s not that we can’t afford our rent — it’s that coming up with such a large lump sum upfront feels impossible.

We don’t have family who are able to help financially, and with less-than-perfect credit, our options are limited. We are doing everything we can, but we’re at a point where we could really use some support to help bridge this gap.

Our goal is simply to secure a stable, safe place for our kids to call home. They deserve consistency and security, and we’re doing everything in our power to provide that.
