Moving #MonroeManorSC is the project of simple girl trying to DOWNSIZE, become DEBT FREE, and MOVE to some workable farmland outside of the city.

My original goal was to build a smaller house on the property I own beside my current home so I can downsize into it and sell the old one. The goal in this transition is to become DEBT FREE. NO MORTGAGE PAYMENT. But it's been slow going to hardship around my property tell me that I need to find something more rural.

2020 was scary and my number one goal for years now has been to pay off my house. Hard to do that when "they" won't let you work. So then this moving idea came to me in July 2020. I had the Surveyor out to tell me where I could the house. Then Wood prices skyrocketed in September. My timeline is definitely not HIS timeline but we keep pushing forward.

There has been a little grading done where the house is going to go and I have walked around it praying over the ground. I know it is going to be a struggle to get it done. Nothing great comes easy.

Permits, easements, paperwork, financing. I am taking everything one step at a time. Once I get the house completed and I'm completely debt free. I will be searching for workable farmland to move all the rescue animals to out in the country and give us all a place to grow old.

I feel like God gave me the idea in His time and there is no time like the present. Speaking this into existence. Hope you'll follow along on the journey.
