By November 2026, we plan to leave behind the long Canadian winters and embark on an adventure-filled move, driving from Saskatoon to Miami, then taking a ferry to Cancun, and finally settling in Playa del Carmen. Our life in Saskatoon has been fast-paced, filled with the demands of daily routines and harsh winters that stretch on for months. A couple of years ago, we attended my cousin’s wedding in Mexico, and that trip changed everything. The vibrant energy, warm beaches, and welcoming spirit we experienced solidified our dream to build a new life in Playa del Carmen.
